2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner assaulted informant and his son as a result of which they sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
