The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 381/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have stolen iron rods from the site of construction of the company. It is submitted that from perusal of the seizure list, it would appear that the iron rods were recovered from a sugarcane field situated near the house of the petitioner. The recovery cannot be said to be from the conscious possession of the petitioner and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 20.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
