The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Many inmates of the jail were injured. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail. It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali in Sadar P.S. Case No. 359/13, corresponding to G.R. No. 4779/13.
