JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that the fardbeyan of the informant amounts to her dying declaration and in the aforesaid fardbeyan she specifically made allegation against this petitioner that he threw lamp on her as a result of which she was caught in fire and admittedly, deceased died in course of her treatment, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 421 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai stands rejected.
