One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and other accused had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.02.2014 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur) P.S.Case No. 66 of 2016.
