Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that in medical examination, no injury was found on the person of the victim and the aforesaid fact falsifies the allegation levelled against the petitioner but I am not, at all, convinced with the aforesaid submission because the informant as well as victim have supported the allegation of sexual assault in their respective statements.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in
