2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that similarly situated other employees have been granted relief and in light of the said order, the petitioner seeks to file representation before the Director, Fishery, Government of Bihar.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners, if so advised, may file their individual representation before the Director, Fishery, Government of Bihar.
4. The Director, Fishery, Government of Bihar, must
