JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Mansi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act , 2016 has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except confessional statement of the co- accused there is no other material to show involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Besides this, petitioner is having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition.
