This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Deokund P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 469, 354(D), 504, 505 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(d)/67 of the I.T. Act. It is alleged in the First Information Report that marriage of the informant's daughter was settled with the petitioner, who is said to have sent posts on the face-book of the informant's daughter having indecent and objectionable contents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated for ulterior reasons and considering the nature of allegation there is no chance of petitioner tampering with the evidence nor there is any chance of petitioner fleeing from the course of investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44529 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 or trial.

Considering the facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Aurangabad, in Deokund P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
