Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short that the petitioner along with co-accused hit the informant on her head from Dabiya due to which, her head fractured.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place. The injury on the side of the accused has not been explained by the prosecution. The prosecution has not come with clean hands. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022.
