After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 18.07.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. 41 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
