The petitioner has been in custody since 18.09.2014 in Kotwali P.S.Case No. 264 of 2014 arising out of Kotwali P.S.Case No. 264 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 25 (1b)a/25 (1-AA) 26 (1) (2) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and has been falsely implicated in the case.

Considering the fact and circumstance of the said case and also that there was no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 18.09.2014, let the petitioner Ms. Gulfaraj, be released on bail on furnishing bail
