JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing specific has been alleged against them. The specific allegation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
