2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short is that the informant along with police personnel, during vehicle checking, the three persons riding on two motorcycle tried to flee away after seeing the police, but they were apprehended at the spot and on their search, arms, mobile and theft motorcycle were recovered from possession of the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioners. He has further submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and are under custody since 04.04.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
