2. Mr. Girijesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar Education Project Council informs that for similar relief(s), the petitioner had filed CWJC No. 18827 of 2012, which was disposed of vide order dated 08.10.2012 giving liberty to the petitioner to considering the show cause and pass appropriate order.

3. Considering the final order passed by the authority concerned, no interference is required. The termination of the petitioner is based on valid reason that the petitioner's service

Patna High Court CWJC No.21751 of 2012(6) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 was found unsatisfactory. I find that the relief(s) as prayed for by the petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition, deserves no consideration.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
