The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2014 in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No.60 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case as earlier the same informant had lodged Bhadaur P.S.Case No.23 of 2008 and Bhadaur P.S.Case N.51 of 2014 against him making allegation of murderous attack. In fact, there is no legal evidence against the petitioner and the informant is in the habit of bringing false cases against him which is rampant in the society. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner is languishing in jail since October, 2014, let the petitioner Jittu Singh alias Jitendra Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No.60 of 2014.
