====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sakri P.S.Case No. 98 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Submission is that FIR is against unknown except suspicion raised against the petitioners, there is no other material and they are also employees of ATC company and only material against them is that from tracking of the CDR of their mobile, location was found in the proximity of the place of occurrence and other co-accused, similarly situated, Mritunjay Kumar Singh @ Mritunjay Singh and Anr. have been admitted to bail by a co-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6588 of 2018 (3) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3928 of 2018 and the petitioners have clean antecedent.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer of bail.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Anil Jha and Sanjeev Kumar Singh, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S.
