The accusation against the petitioner is that he attempted to commit rape on a five years old girl but admittedly, the victim was not medically examined and the parties have already resolved their dispute amicably, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 268 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Posco Act, Vaishali at Hajipur.
