The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2018 & Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

50 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. There is a recovery of a firearm weapon as well.
