ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saran Mahila (Mahila) P.S. Case No.31 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of the learned A.D.J.-1-Cum-Special Court, POCSO Act, Saran at Chapra.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was actively associated in the commission of the offence under Section 376 of the I.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
