Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 308 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous dispute. He submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sibu Yadav who assaulted the father of the informant by means of Sabal due to which he sustained head injury. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner
