2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner having entered into the court room, tried to snatch away the pistol of bodyguard of learned Judge saying that when he will come out, he will shoot all of them.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

He has also submitted that the petitioner had become mentally retarded person, due to death of his wife. He has next submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 12.03.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances period of incarceration, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
