This application is misconceived. While the petitioner claims pension under the J.P. Senani Samman Yojna but there is nothing on record as regarding the incarceration of the petitioner under the J.P. movement.
In case the petitioner is in possession with any document completing the eligibility for pension under the J.P. Senani Samman Pension Scheme, he shall be at liberty to file appropriate application enclosing the same before the appropriate authority which shall be considered and disposed of by the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
No case for indulgence is made out at the present stage in absence of any document. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
