This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected on 25.06.2014 in Cr. Misc. 2455 of 2014.

The Court had called for a report from the Superintendent of Police, Munger as well as the Trial Court for not complying with the earlier order of the Court dated 25.06.2014 by which there was direction to conclude the trial within six months. From the report received from the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Munger, it appears that all the charge sheet witnesses have been examined.

In view of the aforesaid, as it is now for the defence to ensure early conclusion of trial and further that nobody appears to press the application today, the same stands dismissed. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Sujit/- U
