JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner by the informant on the ground that petitioner had illicit relation with deceased and prior to the alleged occurrence, he had given threatening to kill the deceased. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23654 of 2016 (3) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016.
