JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. From the house of the petitioner commercial quantity i.e. 27 Kgs of Ganja were recovered. Considering the commercial quantity of the recovery of contraband, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Gaya. Let the trial be expedited.
