The petitioner seeks bail in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 349 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter.

It appears that the daughter of the informant made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with the petitioner. She also solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
