In this case, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 filed by him for his compassionate appointment.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court directs the Branch Manager, Harnaut Branch, Central Bank of India, Nalanda/competent authority to consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12663 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 representation dated 10.06.2025, as contained in Annexure-4 to this writ petition, filed by the petitioner for his appointment on compassionate ground and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. While deciding the representation of the petitioner, the competent authority may consider the delay caused in applying for compassionate appointment. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
