Should such a complaint/representation be filed before the District Programme Officer, Samastipur within
Patna High Court CWJC No.13721 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of after affording hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, she will have the opportunity to challenge the order of the District Programme Officer, Samastipur before the District Magistrate, Samastipur.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
