JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 of the I.P.C and Section 136 of the Bihar Electricity Act.

It is alleged that petitioner was intercepted taking away transformer of the electricity department on a tractor.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner works on behalf of a construction company and the transformer was being taken for change. It is submitted by learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Holding and Supply Company that the transformer was of the power supply company.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 298 of 2014.
