JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 26.04.2012 issued under the signature of the Senior Manager of the UCO Bank, Fraser Road Branch, Patna, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been asked to deposit a sum of Rs. 2,09,283/- (Rupees two lakh nine thousand two hundred and eighty three only) against the outstanding dues in his loan account bearing no. 05080600000354.

2. At the outset itself, learned counsel for the petitioner invites reference to paragraph-9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-Bank in which it is stated that the loan account of the petitioner has been closed on 13.04.2017 after payment has been made in accordance with the compromise arrived at between the parties.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank appears.
