ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In view of the earlier order passed by this Court, the matter is referred to the Registrar General, Patna High Court to ascertain the veracity of the present application and if such amount has been deposited in the Patna High Court, the same may be released after due verification and also after verifying the children regarding their minority/majority.
Let such decision in the matter be taken within six weeks of the filing of the application for such release of fund by the petitioner and duly supported by the affidavit by the children in whose favour the money stands.
The M.J.C. application stands disposed of.
