This review is directed against an order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Court granting permission to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to withdraw the application in order to enable the petitioner to avail his legal remedies.
Mr. Natraj Verma, learned Advocate has informed this Court that such prayer was made because of lack of communication to him. In fact, against the order of cancellation of license, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the
Patna High Court C. REV. No.34 of 2021(5) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 District Magistrate but the same was withdrawn in order to pursue C.W.J.C. No. 5699 of 2019.
With the withdrawal of the aforesaid writ petition, the revisionist/petitioner has become remedy-less against the order of cancellation.
Considering the afore-noted submission, the order dated 02.12.2019 is, hereby, recalled.
The writ application is directed to be listed before the appropriate Bench, subject to the approval of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
