The petitioners are aggrieved with the order dated 19.04.2025 passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger Division, Munger whereby the claim of the petitioners for extending the benefit of temporary promotion for the post of Lower Division Clerk from their current post of Office Attendant in light of Government circular issued vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.11103 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 Memo No. 19300 dated 13.10.2023 came to be rejected.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner besides various submissions submitted that the concerned authority has failed to consider the very purport of Government Circular No. 19300 dated 13.10.2023, whereby the earlier circulars/letters issued by the General Administration Department have already been modified and amended to the extent of the relevant provisions of new circular.

4. After some argument, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that aggrieved with the order passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger Division, Munger, the petitioners have also preferred an appeal before the Director, Secondary Education-cum-First Appellate Authority, Bihar, Patna.

5. Learned Advocate for the State submitted that since the petitioner has already availed the appropriate remedy and preferred appeal, the same shall be brought to its logical conclusion expeditiously, in accordance with law.

6. Having heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties and considering the fair submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education-cum-First Appellate Authority,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11103 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 3/3 Bihar, Patna to consider the claim of the petitioner, as raised in the appeal, the copy of which is marked as Annexure-P/13 and bring to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
