JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para 2 of he present application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bakhari P.S.Case No. 240 of 2012 registered under Sections 302,120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV,Begusarai. A report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of the case. Same is kept at flag 'A'. It has been stated that out of eight charge sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2016. The trial of the case is at concluding stage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23515 of 2016 (4) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is rejected.

Any how, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The District Magistrate, Begusarai and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai are also directed to ensure that the witnesses are produced in the case on the date fixed by the trial court.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Magistrate, Begusarai and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai.
