ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.187 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which clearly named that these two petitioners had taken away the girl to the field along with Akhilesh Kumar, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
