The petitioner seeks bail in Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.05.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1769 of 2021. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that petitioner has remained in judicial custody for more than a year.

Considering the fact that no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of the prayer for bail, therefore, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail.
