2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the cause title of respondent no. 5.

3. Let the same be done in course of the day.

4. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Bhagalpur communicated through Memo No. 929 dated 15.06.2024.

5. Learned Advocate for the petitioner while assailing the impugned order has contended that irrespective of the fact that against the order impugned, the petitioner has preferred

Patna High Court CWJC No.11263 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 Anganwadi Appeal No. 60 of 2024-2025 before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur and the same is pending since then, but till date, no decision has been taken.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal against the order impugned, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to consider the Anganwadi Appeal No. 60 of 2024-2025 and in case, he feels that the matter is required to be heard by any other appropriate authority, let the same be sent to the concerned authority, who will bring the Anganwadi Appeal No. 60 of 2024-2025 to its logical conclusion, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
