The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 396, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on T.I.P. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused and the petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2014. It appears that of course the case relates to Bank dacoity, but except the fact that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, no other tangible evidence has been collected. Similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9504 of 2015 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 88/2005.
