By the impugned order dated 13.01.2014, learned Munsif-II, Ara in Title Suit No. 148 of 1991 allowed the amendment application filed by the petitioner for seeking amendment in the relief portion only.

It appears that the suit was filed for declaration that the petitioner is not the adopted son of Reshmi Kuwar. In the written statement the document of adoption was filed in the year 1994. The amendment was sought for by the plaintiffs seeking relief that this document of adoption is showy invalid, illegal, inoperative, etc. By the impugned order the Court below has only allowed the amendment application in the relief portion. Therefore, there is no question of prejudice to the petitioner arises. Thus this writ application is dismissed.
