Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 10.11.2014 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Although there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing but the same is not specific against the petitioner. No doubt, learned Addl. Sessions Judge has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner without perusing the case diary but taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Manjhagarh P.S.
