The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P) P.S. Case No. 434 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner was apprehended and his possession two live cartridge and one mobile phone was recovered and for that petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned S.D.J.M., (West),
