Mr. Mukesh Kumar No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. It appears that the three cognate appeals have been filed against the judgment and order of conviction impugned in the present appeal. Mr. Kumar, counsel for the appellant states that it was a mistake on his part that without verifying the details of these appeals, he filed the present appeal. The appellant was one of the appellants in Cr.Appeal (DB) No.3 of 2014 and out of ignorance he filed the present appeal.

Considering the fact that responsibility has been owned by the counsel himself, we propose to allow the prayer. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
