Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Investigation has already been completed.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of five cases but in the present case except confessional statement, there is no material to show involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town P.S.
