JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari to set-aside the part order dated-19-06-2024, contained in Memo No.- 1234(Anx-6), so far payment of rupees 2,00,000/ (Two Lacs) to respondent No. 8, Ex widow of the son of the petitioner is concerned only, issued by respondent No.-3 i.e. the S.D.O.,Hajipur by which it has been ordered to pay to her and rest half in favour of the petitioner.

(ii). For a direction to the respondent not to release half compensation Rs. 2,00,000/- in favour of Respondent No.8 till disposal of the case.

(iii). Further for a direction to the respondent to release the total compensation amount of Rs. 4,00,000/ in favour of the petitioner as the petitioner is mother and only dependent of young and energetic deceased son."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18/19.6.2024, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Samastipur, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
