JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with birpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are married Nanad and Nandosi of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39871 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
