2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"i. Memo No. 3431 Chapara dated 17/12/2019 passed by D.I.G. Saran Chapra be set aside whereby and whereunder the Petitioner has been dismissed from the post of sub inspector of Police.

ii. Respondent Authorities be directed to pay arrears of salary to the Petitioner and other consequential benefits.

iii. The Respondent Authorities be directed to grant any other legitimate benefits to the petitioner which are

3. Petitioner has already availed the remedy of appeal and it is pending consideration as evident from the records. Therefore, the appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's memorandum of appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the meanwhile, petitioner is at liberty to file additional plea in support of memorandum of appeal within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if any.

5. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
