JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 498 A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, general allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing has been levelled against the petitioner but it appears from perusal of the first information report that cause of differences between the petitioner and informant was second marriage of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
