The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2014 in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 313, 120B and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit, which clearly shows that the statement has been made by the complainant that now she has started living with her husband-petitioner herein.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be
