Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Akbarpur P.S. Case No.75 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The informant alleged that about 21-22 litres liquor was kept in the wheat field of Krishna Ram. The informant informed the police and the police recovered the liquor from there. The informant further alleged that Biru Yadav used to supply liquor to Krishna Ram and Balak Ram of his village. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Save and except the disclosure made by Aditya Ram, the informant, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The recovery of liquor

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IIcum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.75 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
